The renovations included installing new burglar guards for security, upgrading the entire electrical system, changing the roofing to stop water leaks, and plumbing and painting the building.
Tyburn Primary School faced significant challenges in education due to the COVID pandemic, looting in 2021, and flooding in 2022.
In order for pupils to succeed, a better classroom environment was needed, but the school could not afford it due to the financial strain caused by these challenges.
A request for assistance was sent to the Gift of the Givers, who partnered with Altacon to aid the school.

The final handover was conducted by Dr Imitaz Sooliman during the school assembly.
The principal, staff, and pupils expressed their gratitude, honour and appreciation to both the Gift of the Givers and Altacon for making the complete restructuring of the building possible.
